Graphics card

Graphics cards take binary from a CPU and turn it into a picture you can see, some computers have graphics capability built in the motherboard. The CPU sends information about a image and the graphics card takes that information and turns it into a picture.

Network Card

Sound Card

This is a internal expansion card, you can use the sound card to provide audio components for  multimedia applications like audio and video editing, video projection, and entertaiment such as games etc. The output signal is usually connected to an amplifier or headphones it can also be connected to an external device. The main the use of a sound card is to play audio usually music or from a video.
